Complete the form and indicate your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc choice of program sites.
List any special circumstances you would like the Committee to consider.
Please return to Kate Brockett, Dike Newell School, 3 Wright Drive, Bath by May 13th.
The Lottery Committee will meet on May 17th to assign program placements and
then parents will be notified after May 20th.

Family Focus is NOT part of the program this school year.)

4th Annual


Saturday, April 9th, 11:00-1:00
Bath Recreation & St. Mary's Church parking lots 
at 4 Sheridan Road, Bath
"Touch A Truck" is a community wide event where kids and families have an opportunity to see, touch, interact with and learn about some really cool community vehicles!
Adult supervision is required.
There will be no admission fee but donations will be welcome at the food and raffle tables to benefit classroom enrichment activities and materials.
Some of the vehicles featured are:
Fire Truck, Ambulance, School Bus, Mail Truck, Snow Plow, Motorcycle, Sheriff's Care, Tow Truck, Bath Police Dept. and many more!
